ACTivate for the Earth

EXPRESSING ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP THROUGH PERFORMING ARTS

We are looking for 6 young participants from Bulgaria, aged 18 to 30, who are interested in performing arts and passionate about using creativity to raise awareness on social and environmental topics. This youth exchange is a great opportunity for you if:

– You are curious about how theatre, dance, and music can be used to reflect on sustainability and active citizenship.
– You want to step out of your comfort zone and develop your emotional expression through group activities and storytelling.
– You are motivated to co-create a meaningful artistic piece with peers from other European countries.
– You are ready to engage in deep and challenging conversations about our role in society and our relationship with nature.

The youth exchange “ACTivate for the Earth” invites participants to explore the links between civic responsibility, sustainability, and personal expression. Through workshops in theatre, improvisation, movement, and collaborative creation, you’ll reflect on pressing issues and work together to develop a powerful performance. The process involves trust-building, emotional depth, and intercultural collaboration, culminating in a public play composed of four acts inspired by real topics and stories.
This is not just a creative project—it is a space to grow, connect, and ACT for the Earth.

Please note: This is not a vacation package.

Comfortable accommodation and meals will be provided, focusing on the essentials of the project.
