Unplugging to Connect

During Unplugging to Connect, participants camped together on Elafonisos. Cooking, sharing tasks and looking after the surroundings made cooperation part of daily life.

Workshops explored mental wellbeing, stress and the relationship with technology. The programme combined time outdoors with group activities and conversations about the habits participants wanted to reconsider when they returned home.
