The results of the project included a significant improvement in critical thinking, digital literacy, and artistic expression skills among the participants. They gained a deeper understanding of the connection between conformity and mental health, as well as increased confidence in authentic self-expression. The project fostered lasting intercultural friendships and strengthened the sense of European identity among the participants. Furthermore, through workshops, presentations, and social media, the results were shared with a wider audience, inspiring other young people to engage in the Erasmus+ program. Some participants began working on their own project ideas, supported by the partners and team.
