Unplugging to Connect

We are looking for 6 young participants from Bulgaria, aged 18 to 30, who are interested in ecology, mental health, and sustainable living. This youth exchange is the perfect opportunity for you if:
– You are passionate about improving personal development through leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
– You want to experience cultural diversity and exchange ideas with young people from different backgrounds.
– You are eager to practice sustainable living in an inspiring natural environment, fostering teamwork and responsibility.
– You want to learn about the balance between technology and mental well-being, while developing the skills to combat digital challenges like misinformation and cyberbullying.

What we are looking for:
– Participants proficient in English for effective communication.
– Young people aged 18-30, from the partner countries.
– Individuals from organizations or with an interest in mental health, sustainability, or youth work.
– Those who are willing to share their new knowledge and experiences within their local communities and organizations.
The “Unplugging to Connect” youth exchange brings together young people from Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, and Spain to explore how ecology, mental health, and personal growth intersect. This project will include workshops, outdoor activities, and discussions that highlight the importance of environmental sustainability and digital balance in today’s world. By working in multicultural teams, you will gain the confidence to drive positive change in your own community, while exploring new approaches to leadership and personal well-being.

Please note: This is not a vacation package. 

Accommodation and meals will be provided, focusing on creating a meaningful and productive learning experience.
